I started doing Zumba a few years ago with Gigi. Her classes are fun with the feel good music along moves that make you feel confident and strong. I continued doing Zumba with her throughout my whole pregnancy. She always encouraged me to stay active and listen to my body. After giving birth it was the first exercise I resumed. I realized I always loved being active, but eating habits were keeping me over weight and sluggish. I started using isagenix products to kick start my weight loss.
